This is a multi-purpose bag to use for grappling or Kenpo training. The bag can be used on the ground or hung up like a heavy bag to work Kenpo Techniques or striking combinations. This bag is NOT FILLED. You will need to FILL it yourself once it arrives.
The bag is very durable and provides a good stand in for a training partner. Mulitple sizes available.
